Welcome to Mammamia Nails (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://mammamianails.pt (the "Site") and the purchase of online courses about Nail Art (the "Courses").

1. Courses

Our Courses are available for purchase on the Site and are described according to their duration (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, lifetime access). Upon purchasing a Course, you will gain access to the content as described in the Course description.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for Course purchases except in cases where a payment error has occurred. If you believe a payment error has been made, please contact us at info@mammamianails.pt for assistance.

3. User Accounts

In order to access and follow a purchased Course, a user account will be created on the Site and an email will be sent automatically to the user. If you already have an account, you may use your existing login credentials. Your user account will store your full name and email address.

4. Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of a Course, you may be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion. To qualify for a certificate, you must complete all required coursework and submit pictures of your work as specified in the Course requirements. Our team will review your submission, and if satisfactory, a Certificate of Completion for the respective Course will be provided to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our Courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, are the property of Mammamia Nails and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content of our Courses without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mammamia Nails, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Courses; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
